PROCEDURE:

STEP 1:

• Apply caries detector. Avoid contact to clothing, etc.

STEP 2:

• Rinse and vacuum. Note stained decay.

STEP 3:

• Remove decay with slow speed bur or hand excavator

STEP 4:

• Reapply detector and rinse to assure complete removal of decay

STEP 5:

• Apply dentin/enamel bonding system and restore
