Material:

• Vita YZ, CTE (25-500°C), approx. 10.0 – 10.5 · 10-6 · K-1
• Vita Blocs, CTE (25–500 °C) approx. 9.4 · 10-6 · K-1

• 1 x 50gm Powder Jar

• Preparation: Ensure a clean, well-ventilated workspace with necessary equipment and materials.
• Safety Measures: Wear appropriate PPE such as gloves and eye protection to ensure safety.
• Surface Preparation: Prepare the restoration surface, ensuring it is clean, free from contaminants, and properly primed or bonded if necessary.
• Mixing and Application: Mix VITA VM 9 ceramic with the compatible liquid to achieve the desired consistency.Apply the ceramic material evenly to the prepared restoration surface.
• Modeling: Utilize the excellent modeling characteristics of VITA VM 9 to shape and contour the ceramic for the desired esthetic and functional outcome.
• Firing: Place the ceramic-restored restoration in a dental furnace and follow the manufacturer's recommended firing schedule and temperature settings for accurate firing.
• Cooling: Allow the restoration to cool gradually, following the manufacturer's cooling recommendations to avoid stress or cracking.
• Finalization (Optional): If further individualization is desired, you can apply VITA AKZENT Plus and VITA INTERNO stains per the manufacturer's guidelines for final touches.
• Polishing: After finalization, polish the restoration using dental polishing tools and techniques to achieve a smooth and natural-looking surface.
• Quality Control: Inspect the completed restoration for quality, ensuring it meets esthetic and functional requirements. Make adjustments or refinements as necessary.
• Cleaning: Thoroughly clean your workspace and tools, disposing of waste materials properly.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of materials used, firing parameters, and any individualization steps for future reference.
